Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
Delivery time may vary during holidays or special situations.

Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: ৳60
Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Charges may change for oversized or heavy items.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for all orders.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, we will call or text you for confirmation.
Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will provide courier tracking details when available.

Delivery Attempts
Courier services will try to deliver your package up to 2 times.
If the customer is unreachable or refuses the parcel, the order may be marked as failed.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with a photo or video.
We will assist you with a replacement or solution.
